obviously an incredibly gifted and hard working athlete, but virtually everyone who has met lopes (whose ass he doesn't have a reason to kiss) agrees that he's an epic jerk. likely something to that... can't say i'd be willing to fork out the $ to spend a week finding out

Thanks for the note back in regards to the Chromag commuter. I get your point and when I lived in Alberta I was all about a cheap, crappy bike as the salt killed parts. Now I live where I only deal with rain, so why not ride a nice bike - nice bikes make me happier as I want to ride them, not "have" to ride them. People drive cars that are ridiculous to some of us, but it makes them happy, so in the end that's all I can ask for.
